Overview
Design, make,
store, sell
Work spans product design and development, manufacturing and importing, warehousing, retail and ecommerce. Every part of it is coordinated from one head office.
Product areas include UGG boots, wool and sheepskin goods, fur clothing, accessories, Australian souvenirs and jewellery. The head office sets design direction, manages supply and looks after the group's retail presence across Sydney and online.
The business is family run. Decisions on materials, fit and finish are made by the same people who serve customers in the shops, which keeps the range honest and the feedback loop short.

What the group does
Product design and development
Original footwear and apparel concepts developed in house, from materials selection through to finished product. Samples are made, worn and revised before anything reaches a shelf.
Manufacturing and importing
Production partnerships and import programs that supply the group's retail and online channels, alongside the pieces we make ourselves.
Warehousing
Central storage and fulfilment from the Balgowlah head office and warehouse facility, feeding both the CBD shops and online orders.
Retail and ecommerce
Three Sydney CBD stores and a portfolio of dedicated online shops, each with its own range and its own customers.
